Got bored of your fad diet? Spice it up


Many of us would have tried to make a plan for their daily diet but failed to follow it for a very long time. The reason is evident – you don’t know the various options you have and get fed up of the boring and bland food. If you are on diet, it does not mean that you have to eat a tasteless and dreary diet. You can include a variety of items and spice up your meal while being on diet.

For those who are consuming weight loss tablets like Phentramin D, it is a requisite to plan their diet.  The best thing to add to your pile of boiled vegetables is spices and herbs. These ingredients are healthy and they don’t contribute to your weight gain in any way. In fact, these will make your food tasty and tempting. It will also help you to cut down at your sodium intake. To maintain variety in your food is very important. As you are already cutting on many food items, the ones that you are consuming must have a variety so that you get the required energy for the whole day. Eat a lot of different kinds of vegetables, and fruits. 

For the non-vegetarians, you can try various substitutes of meat to have diversity in your diet. Instead of using beef or pork, you can use chicken. You can also have imitation meats and dishes made from it but be aware of all the ingredients these dishes have especially when you are allergic to gluten. But if you don’t want to replace meat from your dishes, a smarter way can be to use thinner pieces of it. 

Whether you are consuming Phentramin D or any other diet pills, don’t just rely on them. It is of no use if you are not taking a planned diet.
